Born from the dust and DIY spirit of the Coachella Valley hardcore scene, Face Facts is a ferocious, high-energy band that has quickly become one of the desert’s most vital voices. From the outset, Face Facts carved out their place in the local scene with a feral blend of hardcore intensity and a punk ethos. Their 2020 Demo introduced their no-nonsense approach, while releases like the EP Mirage of Everything and the 2025 single “Blind 2 Love” showcase the band’s drive to push the boundaries of classic hardcore with blistering breakdowns, breakneck tempos, and visceral vocal delivery. More than just a band, Face Facts has been at the forefront of reviving and amplifying the desert’s hardcore community. Frontman Sage Jackson’s efforts promoting shows and nurturing the scene have helped galvanize a loyal following and brought DIY hardcore shows back into regular rotation across the valley. Their sound channels the spirit of classic hardcore while embracing a modern edge, expect a full length release later in 2026.
