Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship all orders within one to two business day of receiving them. Pre-orders ship as soon as we have the stock available to ship. Digital pre-orders will be available on their stated release day.

When we ship your order, the site will auto-send you a shipping confirmation letting you know that your order has been shipped and will include a tracking number. This will go to the email address that you provide when you make your order so please make sure your email is correct upon check out.

Please make sure your physical address is entered correctly when you submit your order. If an address is entered incorrectly, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional postage required.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

We will make exchanges on defective items. Corner dings and minor cosmetic creases are not considered defective. We take great care in packing your order but please remind yourself that we are not hand delivering them. For egregious shipping damage we can try to file a claim with the USPS and have your item replaced. Size changes on apparel are exchangeable but you will be responsible for the shipping. If you need to cancel an order for whatever reason, just email us. As long as the order has not shipped, it is not a problem. Please do not contact us to cancel an order after you have already received a shipping confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once a package leaves the United States and is scanned in another country, we have no ability to track the package or file a claim with USPS. We urge you to reach out to your local post office for further information.

Effective July 1, 2021, EU member states will collect value added tax (VAT) for all goods entering the EU. The VAT ranges from 17% to 27% depending on the EU member state, not including any applicable duties or fees. We do not collect these fees from you. We are not collecting VAT at our check out and what you pay for shipping only includes the cost of the shipping itself. Any additional charges are the responsibility of customers to cover and we will not be issuing any refunds regarding these charges after the order has been shipped.

There are a number of EU distros that carry our releases so if shipping charges or damage in transit are of concern to you, you can always order our releases from one of them.
